📦 Shipping & Processing

At Rooted Sisters Boutique, every order is made and packaged with love. Thank you for supporting our small business!

Please Note: While our stated processing times allow us enough time during busy seasons, most in-stock orders ship within 2–3 business days.

Preorders

Preorder items are custom ordered specifically for you. Please allow 20–35 business days for processing and shipping. This timeframe does not include weekends and holidays.

In-Stock Items

For all in-stock products, please allow 7–12 business days for processing and shipping. However, most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Additional Shipping Information:

  • Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may be shipped together once all items are ready.
  • Processing and shipping times may be extended due to holidays, weather, supplier delays, or carrier delays that are outside of our control.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, when applicable.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, please review the following:

  • Items must be returned before a refund or exchange can be processed.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Due to the custom nature of many of our products, personalized and custom-made items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or we made an error with your order.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we made an error.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will gladly issue a refund or replacement once the shipping carrier confirms that the package was not delivered or is officially deemed lost. We cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered until the carrier's investigation has been completed.
